About this role
Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., with $4 billion in digital media under management. The Senior Media Planner is a critical role within the Client Strategy team, focused on promoting and expanding Tinuiti’s Strategic Planning function.
You will use audience, competitive, channel, and media planning tools to answer critical questions and make recommendations around timing, budget, duration, and media mix. You will lead identification of media partners and platforms, predominantly OTT, Linear TV, Terrestrial Radio, Online Video, Social, Search, and Digital Audio.
You will be a trusted advisor to clients, establishing high-impact, long-term marketing strategies at the business level. You analyze demographic data and consumption trends to ensure they are factored into media recommendations, and you are not satisfied with the status quo.
You have the opportunity to train up and mentor talent, and you possess superior presentation skills to communicate data-driven strategic direction. Tinuiti supports 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the United States.

- Deep media experience in telling stories using planning and research tools.
- Proven track record of success at leading progressive strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead identification of media partners and platforms, including OTT, Linear TV, Terrestrial Radio, Online Video, Social, Search, and Digital Audio.
- Analyze demographic data and consumption trends to factor into media recommendations.
- Interpret insights and data from the tool suite to inform strategic direction.
- Establish and define high-impact, long-term marketing strategies at the business level, developing account strategies, audience and messaging insights, consumer journey, and media mix recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating data-driven strategic direction and insights effectively.
- Train up and mentor talent within the team.
