Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in an advertising or creative agency environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare advertising landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of handling multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams.
- Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, serving as a trusted communications professional.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main day-to-day lead working with Account Management leaders from project initiation to delivery.
- Proactively run initiatives while supporting cross-functional teams in delivering on client expectations.
- Handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brief execution.
- Develop and present creative briefs to internal teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Ensure all communications and materials comply with healthcare industry regulations and brand guidelines.
