About this role

As an Influencer Marketing Account Director at SAMY, you will be the primary contact for clients and the ultimate leader of the account team. You will manage the strategic vision, campaign execution, and financial performance of the account, driving impactful results.

You will lead and mentor account and project management teams, ensuring high-quality work delivered on time. Close collaboration with strategy, creative, and data teams ensures impactful, data-driven solutions. You will also oversee workload distribution and workflow processes to drive efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management with a strong focus on Influencer Marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in social media, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
  • High adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor account and project management teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the strategic vision for campaigns, collaborating with strategy, creative, and data teams.
  • Manage budgets, P&Ls, and cost estimations to ensure financial health across accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and lead pitches for new business.
  • Supervise workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow processes.
  • Align campaign deliverables with client objectives, offering strategic counsel and clear feedback.
