About this role

We're looking for a Creative Director to develop impactful creative concepts that drive growth across the Business Marketing portfolio. This role will partner with marketers, producers and researchers to develop creative, ensuring a consistent visual language and identity through all touch points.

You will guide teams, agencies, and/or production partners in a fast-paced, iterative, unstructured environment. You will also contribute directly to hands-on creative work when necessary, rolling up your sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touchpoints.

This leader will be experienced in aligning creative direction with business goals and performance outcomes, leveraging historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions. You will work with AI and Gen AI tools for creative ideation and production, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts, including Marketing, comms planning, organic social and influencer, and media. You will inspire, enable, and energize a high-performing creative team, cultivating a creative work environment that drives measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, marketing, or editorial leadership
  • Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production
  • A portfolio that showcases concept-driven campaigns which drive results
  • Experience working with data and insights
  • Proven track record of advanced presentation skills and experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Experience problem-solving and thinking strategically for advertising campaigns
  • Experience in developing direct response creative

Responsibilities

  • Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up one's sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touchpoints
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts
  • Develop and lead creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
  • Leverage historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions
  • Work with AI and Gen AI tools for creative ideation and production
  • Provide constructive guidance to external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing, and implement relevant insights into the work
  • Inspire, enable, and energize a high-performing creative team, and cultivate a creative work environment
