Meeting Tomorrow is a 23-year-old full-service event agency with three core divisions: planning, production, and creative. We plan and produce corporate events of every shape and size, partnering with clients that include Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations across a wide array of industries.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you are the front line of our growth. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads that come through web inquiries, phone calls, and live chats, selling events ranging from small executive meetings to mid-sized annual conferences.
You’ll work on designing technical solutions that bring the client’s vision to life, advising on AV, staging, and interactivity. You’ll meet via Zoom and lead the client through the sales process, sometimes pulling in other resources to close deals.

Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, specifically within the event production or AV industry.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to stay on top of your pipeline and guide leads through the sales process.
- Able to build trust quickly over Zoom and explain AV solutions to all different buyers.
- Leads with kindness, commitment, and humility.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple events is exciting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of 5–10 new inbound opportunities daily, qualifying leads and guiding them through the sales process.
- Advise clients on the best solution (AV, staging, interactivity) for their specific event needs in a consultative sales approach.
- Own the full sales cycle from the initial 'Hello' to the final signed contract.
- Identify which clients have the potential to become $250k accounts through building strong relationships.
- Design technical solutions that bring the client’s vision to life and convert opportunities into long-term partners.
- Collaborate with internal resources to close deals and ensure seamless event execution.
