About this role
Client Accelerators is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to support our Senior Media Buyers in launching, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and performance advertising.
You will work closely with our senior team to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, monitored daily, and reported on accurately. Your responsibilities include maintaining a 98% accuracy rate in campaign setup, conducting daily performance checks, and implementing minor optimizations under senior guidance.
You will work cross-functionally with creative, tracking, and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment. Client Accelerators is a high-performance environment that has scaled 2,574% over the past three years, spending over $150 million in ad spend.
You will gain hands-on experience in A/B testing, optimization, and performance tracking while building a foundation to grow into a full Media Buyer role. You are also required to complete at least three advanced industry certifications within your first six months.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a 98% accuracy rate in campaign setup.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Proficiency in using data tools such as spreadsheets and reporting software (e.g., Hyros).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning and completing advanced industry certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, YouTube Ads).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a 98% accuracy rate in campaign setup, ensuring correct targeting, bidding, and creative implementation.
- Follow detailed instructions from Senior Media Buyers to launch campaigns according to plan.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform guidelines to avoid disapprovals or penalties.
- Conduct daily performance checks on active campaigns, reviewing CTR, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs.
- Report anomalies or performance dips immediately to the Senior Media Buyer.
- Implement minor optimizations (bid adjustments, creative swaps, targeting tweaks) under senior guidance.
- Execute A/B tests as outlined, ensuring all variables are tracked and documented.
- Prepare 100% accurate weekly client reports using data from ad platforms, Hyros, and other tools.
