About this role

Are you passionate about media buying and driving revenue through direct response marketing? Client Accelerators is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to research, strategize, and run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. We currently spend over $3 million a month and aim to reach $5 million this year.

You will manage upwards of $50,000 to $75,000 a day across multiple platforms, scaling campaigns aggressively when we hit a winning formula. Your day-to-day involves forecasting client targets, analyzing performance data, and identifying funnel bottlenecks to optimize conversion rates and revenue.

You’ll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client’s approach, script and direct creative, and then launch and hit quarterly targets. Our clients include major names in the expert and consulting industry like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, and Russ Ruffino.

This role offers the chance to grow with an extremely fast-moving agency, directly influencing how we scale ad spend from $3 million to $5 million monthly. You’ll also help ramp junior media buyers, building the next generation of talent while pushing your own skills further.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in media buying and direct response marketing across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage high-spend campaigns ($50,000–$75,000 daily) and scale aggressively when a winning campaign is found.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing ad performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience forecasting ad spend scenarios and adjusting strategies to achieve specific ROAS and profit targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, videographers, strategists, and data scientists.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of developing new ad angles and campaign strategies that stand out from competitors.
  • Comfortable conducting competitor research to identify proven approaches and applying them without reinventing the wheel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily ad budgets of $50,000–$75,000 across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search, and Display.
  • Forecast and create multiple scenarios to hit client targets, mapping out current ad metrics and conversion rates.
  • Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Identify funnel pages that are below industry benchmarks and collaborate on improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Work with the creative team to develop new angles, big ideas, and overall creative strategy for clients.
  • Conduct competitor research to find what’s already working in a niche and use that to inspire ad and funnel approaches.
  • Successfully ramp new junior media buyers to full productivity within three months.
