About this role

Are you a social-first creative leader obsessed with audience behaviour and internet culture? We’re looking for a Social Creative Director to take the reins of one of the agency’s most significant entertainment accounts, overseeing content strategy and creative direction for a dynamic, award-winning social programme.

This senior leadership role involves defining how the brand shows up across social—setting the vision, establishing best practices, and constantly raising the bar. You’ll guide the overarching direction of the account while partnering closely with senior client stakeholders and agency leadership.

Sitting above a central team of directors and global market creative leads, you’ll lead high-performing teams to best-in-class work across multiple markets. You must be fluent at both macro and granular levels, defining long-term content strategy while maintaining oversight of day-to-day output.

This role requires someone equally comfortable leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating the fast-moving realities of high-volume, high-impact social. You’ll understand how to scale learnings across markets without losing cultural relevance or strategic sharpness, shaping the future direction of the account.

Requirements

  • Social-first creative leader with deep understanding of audience behaviour and internet culture
  • Proven track record of setting up and governing content systems for major brands
  • Experience leading high-performing teams to best-in-class work across multiple markets and workstreams
  • Fluent in operating at both macro and granular levels, from long-term strategy to day-to-day output
  • Comfortable leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating fast-moving social environments
  • Ability to scale learnings across markets while maintaining cultural relevance and strategic sharpness

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overarching creative vision across the account
  • Turn that vision into briefs and goals that move with the ever-evolving social landscape
  • Translate business objectives, cultural insight and platform behaviour into clear frameworks and priorities
  • Maintain ultimate oversight and quality assurance across all content output
  • Uphold a consistently high creative standard across markets, campaigns and publishing
  • Build and oversee systems, workflows and publishing operations that enable teams to work effectively at scale
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to client stakeholders and agency leadership
  • Lead high-level conversations around content direction, performance and account growth
