Account Executives play a pivotal role in running our in-house agency teams as true hybrids.
They combine client-facing experience with solid project management skills to support the account team. The role involves building relationships with clients and taking jobs from brief to completion while providing outstanding customer service. Experience in an advertising agency or design firm setting is essential.
Day-to-day work includes managing communications between clients and internal teams, creating tactical briefs, and developing workback schedules. You will set up projects in the project management system, update details for status meetings, and coordinate meetings with clients and agencies. Keeping informed on industry innovations to share with clients and the team is also key.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an Account Coordinator, Assistant Account Executive or Junior Project Manager role
- 1-3 years of experience working at an advertising agency or in-house creative team
- 1-3 years of experience working on print and digital creative projects with a clear understanding of digital and social channels
- Strong desire to help out where needed with clear examples of prior experience supporting account teams
- Able to take direction as well as be a self-starter
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from client briefing to completion
- Create tactical briefs and provide internal direction to creative and studio team members
- Develop workback schedules and ensure alignment among clients, media, and internal teams
- Manage all communications between clients and internal team including client feedback
- Set up projects and deliverables in the project management system and update dates for status meetings
- Take client and team meeting notes, share with the team, and set follow-up actions
- Coordinate meetings with clients, agencies, and appropriate team members
- Manage billing by creating POs, estimates, and sales orders in the project management system
