They are seeking a Tech Account Director to lead technology product rollout across European markets.

The role centers on managing comprehensive project plans that define timelines, milestones, and interdependencies. You will lead client meetings, set clear agendas, and communicate status updates throughout the project lifecycle. Serving as the primary liaison ensures smooth coordination between clients, local teams, and international stakeholders.

You will support the Business Lead on all commercial aspects including budget management, deliverable tracking, and financial reporting. Proactive identification of project risks enables timely escalation and collaborative problem-solving to maintain program momentum. The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale, international programs, preferably in technology or digital transformation.
  • Proven success in a senior client-facing role with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience or in-depth understanding of Shopper / Commerce asset production.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project management methodologies.
  • Previous experience in rolling out SaaS platforms or enterprise-level software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive project plans with the Program Director, defining timelines, milestones, and key interdependencies.
  • Lead client meetings by setting clear agendas, communicating status updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, local market teams, and international stakeholders to ensure consistent progress.
  • Support the Business Lead in all commercial aspects including budget management, deliverable tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing timely escalation and collaborative problem-solving.
