The Account Director provides strategic leadership in developing interactive marketing plans that connect patients and physicians with essential information and tools.

Day-to-day work involves counseling clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices. The role oversees campaign and project plans while delivering solutions that meet client objectives and financial targets.

Collaboration occurs with other Account Directors, internal departments, and agency partners to continuously develop integrated solutions. The environment values diverse backgrounds and experiences to build an inclusive culture focused on improving patient lives worldwide.

The position maintains senior-level client relationships and identifies additional opportunities through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight. Ongoing development of the agency’s offerings supports long-term growth in healthcare marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
  • 8-12 years of related experience in client service, agency, and pharmaceutical required.
  • Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising.
  • Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills guiding a large team and multiple clients.
  • Responsible for account staff team development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients.
  • Counsel clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with senior-level clients, address concerns, and develop additional opportunities.
  • Provide clients with research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight to develop and present effective solutions.
  • Oversee and lead the development of entire campaign and project plans.
  • Oversee delivery and financial impact on budget, target goals, and objectives with the client.
  • Research and collaborate with other Account Directors, EVERSANA INTOUCH departments, and agency partners to develop integrated solutions.
