Day-to-day work centers on shaping growth strategy, protecting financial performance, and elevating strategic thinking across teams. The leader oversees an $8M+ portfolio while ensuring strong topline, margin, and forecast performance. Senior counsel is provided to VP and C-suite partners on brand and portfolio strategy.

Cross-functional collaboration occurs with senior leaders across creative, strategy, medical, and delivery teams. The role influences agency direction, resource allocation, and enterprise planning while serving as a senior voice in organizational discussions. Operational systems and forecasting discipline support consistent, high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience overseeing brand portfolios in a healthcare communications agency.

  • Strong capability in providing executive counsel to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive growth strategy and shape client investment decisions.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and organizational planning.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for a portfolio of brands, guiding long-term planning and integrated decision-making.
  • Deliver senior counsel to VP/C-suite client partners on brand, business, and portfolio strategy.
  • Serve as executive relationship owner, maintaining trusted partnerships with senior clients.
  • Oversee an $8M+ portfolio and ensure strong topline, margin, and forecast performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing businesses and guide pursuit strategy for new opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions to align on delivery, operating models, and capability development.
  • Ensure operational systems, forecasting discipline, and delivery models support consistent, high-quality execution.
