The Senior Account Executive is a confident and experienced member of the account management team, ready to implement and lead execution. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
You will lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward, and anticipate both short-term and long-term client needs. You'll manage day-to-day business by ensuring work is done on time and on budget, while preparing budgets and scope of work plans.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment
- Pharmaceutical agency experience required
- Analytical skills needed to identify problems and solutions
- Excellent communication and written skills, both internal and external
- Ability to communicate succinctly with clear next steps
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
- High attention to detail and ability to set priorities with ease
Responsibilities
- Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward
- Serve as the primary team interface with day-to-day clients and client internal stakeholders
- Anticipate client needs (short-term and long-term) and proactively address issues
- Lead client status calls and be accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps
- Manage day-to-day business by ensuring work is done on time and on budget
- Prepare budgets and statement/scope of work plans
