About this role

As an Account Manager on the Red Ventures' Allconnect team, you will manage full-funnel client success from ideation to ad deployment. This role includes partner engagement, program conceptualization, ad building, quality assurance, data storytelling, and optimization.

You will understand partner marketing and product objectives and work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies. You will manage the construction of digital advertisements and drive day-to-day client activity to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs.

This hybrid position requires reporting to our Fort Mill, SC office four days per week with remote work on Fridays. You will lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices, while collaborating with internal cross-functional groups.

You will conduct regular performance analysis to assess partner funnel efficiency and provide optimization recommendations. You will also lead business development efforts to expand and diversify your current book of business. Complete ownership over your book allows you to directly impact revenue and client success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related industry experience, preferably in account management or direct marketing at an agency or marketing company.
  • Experience with in-depth analysis and problem solving, with the ability to think strategically while seeing execution through.
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development, ad strategy, and service.
  • Intellectually curious with initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers.
  • Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and mastery of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management experience preferred, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand partner marketing and product objectives to create innovative strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the construction and fulfillment of partner digital advertisements.
  • Drive day-to-day client activity to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams on multivariate test plans to maximize campaign performance.
  • Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization and marketing best practices.
  • Manage a full book of business including revenue management, budget planning, and monthly updates.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and proactively provide optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead business development efforts to expand and diversify the current book of business.
