You will own senior client relationships, acting as advisors at senior levels and driving the team to provide excellent multichannel experiences. Ensure the agency stays ahead of client expectations while avoiding common pitfalls. Lead by example using tact, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented focus to create great internal team experiences.

Requirements

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Able to lead across a multi-disciplinary team
  • Able to travel to client meetings
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
  • Specific leadership-level knowledge of all common agency projects and initiatives
  • Previous experience managing a high performing team
  • A specialist in Patient Pharmaceutical advertising

Responsibilities

  • Own senior client level relationships, acting as advisors to clients at senior levels
  • Help make key decisions at the agency
  • Drive the team to provide clients with excellent multichannel experiences
  • Ensure the agency shows up several steps ahead of client expectations
  • Know how to create great internal team experiences
  • Be a career maker for junior staff
  • Grow business through pitches, new business, and organic growth
  • Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management team
