Requirements

Experience managing paid search campaigns on major platforms such as Bing Ads or equivalent
Strong understanding of search engine marketing, audience targeting, and performance measurement
Ability to work with large-scale advertising inventory and enterprise-level brand accounts
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in digital advertising
Results-focused approach with ownership of mission-critical client operations

Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft search advertising accounts and Bing Ads campaigns as the exclusive partner
Optimize paid search engine marketing performance for the largest advertisers on the Microsoft platform
Deliver measurable business outcomes using real-time context and privacy-first targeting capabilities
Leverage first-party data and consumer insights to drive high-impact shopping journeys via Glance AI
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure accountability and precise personalization for brand partners
