The media sales division works with local, regional, and national brands to reach audiences through multiscreen TV advertising, supported by FreeWheel's ad tech platform. Employees collaborate across internal departments to schedule advertising, manage account activities, and handle collections while contributing to a results-driven team environment.

The position offers the opportunity to exercise independent judgment on significant matters and participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles and feedback loops. Team members are expected to drive results, own the customer experience, and support a culture of inclusion while advancing company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Advertising media expertise focused on data-driven, audience-targeted premium video campaigns.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management capabilities with weekly forecasting responsibility.
  • Ability to analyze market research and present advertising proposals to clients and agencies.
  • Experience maintaining customer records and supporting sales forecast development.
  • Proficiency in interacting with internal departments to fulfill client scheduling and account management needs.
  • Skills in completing documentation for contracts, schedules, sales calls and expense reports.
  • Capacity for independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, develops and presents market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products.
  • Assists in developing marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue.
  • Maintains up-to-date customer and prospect records and participates in development of sales forecasts.
  • Seeks new customers by continuously prospecting following planned sales strategies and tactics.
  • Interacts with internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising and managing collections.
  • Completes required documentation and reporting for contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls and expense reports.
  • Analyzes confidential information and prepares reports, manuals, agendas and general correspondence.
