About this role

We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to help take our client's retail marketing and advertising campaigns to the next level. This role will be an integral part of our event marketing and promotions team, helping to raise awareness for assigned brands.

As the key liaison between our clients and their customers, you will develop and execute marketing communications and event relations strategies. You will generate buzz about the client through targeted communications and retail marketing, while also assisting in the creation of promotional collateral and visual presentations.

You will work closely with cross-functional counterparts and fellow Entry Level Account Managers in a team-oriented environment. The position requires daily travel to our office and events, where you will promote products and services in a meaningful way and provide a direct feedback loop for continued market success.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the event marketing industry by changing how people interact with brands and customer experience. You will gather customer references and testimony for further branding efforts and conduct educational training meetings for colleagues on clients, products, and services.

  • Ideally have experience in marketing, public relations, sales, and customer service (all training is provided, however, a strong foundation ensures success)
  • Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and representing the client with the utmost professionalism
