Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, managing paid social media advertising portals.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
- Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.
- Passionate about ideation and in tune with Indonesia's social media trends and stories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
- A passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, preparing performance reports for management.
- Execute marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, traffic sources, Google ads, and other marketing tools.
- Experiment with new platforms and channels to expand reach and optimize performance.
- Monitor costs and return on investment to ensure efficient ad spend.
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and project management departments to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.
