ArabyBrand is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing tailored to clients across the MENA region. We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team and help deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and support A/B testing efforts to optimize ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, and Analytics to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and generate performance reports with actionable insights for the senior team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for digital marketing and performance optimization

Responsibilities
