About this role

Crossmedia is the global media independent committed to doing media and business the right way. We are seeking a Buyer, Integrated Investment for a full time temporary role running through August 31st. The Buyer oversees tactical planning, execution and reporting of campaigns across multiple channels.

The role requires utilizing knowledge of the media marketplace to brainstorm and ideate new activations and vendors. A successful Buyer is resourceful, organized, and energetic throughout the planning process while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced industry.

Requirements

  • Resourceful, organized, and energetic throughout the planning process
  • Strong communicator comfortable in a fast-paced industry handling multiple projects
  • Reliable and ethical while operating in the best interest of Crossmedia and clients
  • Deep understanding of the digital media trafficking process
  • First gatekeeper and reviewer for Assistant work

Responsibilities

  • Maintain base-level knowledge of buying for online and offline media channels including Digital, Search, Social, TV, Radio, OOH and Print
  • Own vendor communications and develop relationships with clients
  • Manage the RFP process including developing partner consideration sets and managing conversations with partners
  • Collaborate on media buying, vendor contracts, budget management, and billing for campaigns
  • Lead use of media buying tools such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Datorama and Tableau
  • Apply principles of negotiation to ensure discounts and added value
  • Ensure smooth campaign launch and execution while communicating updates internally and externally
  • Perform weekly pacing and monitoring of campaign performance
