160over90 is hiring a Senior Account Manager within its PR, Creator and Social team, based in London, with a special focus on managing one of the agency’s most prominent global clients. This client is involved in several high-profile sports partnerships, particularly within the cricket world, requiring a deep passion for and understanding of the cricket landscape, including key stakeholders, influencers, and the intricacies of the sport's global appeal.

In this dynamic role, you will manage and deliver campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media, leveraging influencer relationships, branded content, and strategic partnerships to create impactful brand experiences. You’ll serve as a senior account manager for the client, working with the integrated account team on the development and execution of global communications campaigns, ensuring alignment across geographies and tailoring approaches based on regional needs and cultural sensitivities.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, talent, and stakeholders within the cricket and broader sports world. The role requires collaboration with the in-house strategy and creative team on strategic and creative planning around specific projects, including developing campaign concepts, messaging, and creative content.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for cricket, with a deep understanding of the sport’s global landscape, including key players, organisations, and media outlets
  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, with a focus on sports partnerships or global brand campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in managing regional and global campaigns from an owned, earned, and paid perspective, ideally across multiple markets
  • Experience working with influencers and creators across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Knowledge of digital and social media strategy, including how to amplify content through paid media
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create accurate and insightful client proposals and pitch documents
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with the ability to stay organised and flexible
  • Proven talent and influencer marketing experience, with a knack for making key decisions that drive brand success

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior account manager for one of 160over90’s most significant global clients with a focus on cricket and sports partnerships
  • Work with the integrated account team on the development and execution of global communications campaigns, ensuring alignment across geographies and tailoring approaches based on regional needs and cultural sensitivities
  • Develop and implement integrated PR strategies, including influencer marketing, content creation, event management, and branded content
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, talent, and stakeholders within the cricket and broader sports world
  • Help manage campaign budgets, timelines, and critical paths, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with the in-house strategy and creative team on strategic and creative planning around specific projects, including developing campaign concepts, messaging, and creative content
  • Deliver creative activations that comply with regulations and brand guidelines
  • Evaluate campaign success and simplify complex metrics for clients
