About this role
TMS Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of FTSE100 listed DS Smith PLC, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our client team in Bangkok, Thailand on a permanent basis. This hybrid role requires maintaining an on-site presence with our client at least three days per week, with the remainder working from home.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of campaigns, projects, and jobs, ensuring successful execution of deliverables for our Display contract(s). Daily responsibilities include managing operational financial performance, driving cost-efficiency, identifying Gainshare opportunities, and ensuring contractual commercial obligations are met.
You will assign work to Production Support, provide technical and operational support to client stakeholders, and ensure vendors understand and meet client requirements within service level parameters. Working closely with the Client Services Director, you will present compelling proposals to enhance and develop TMS offerings.
This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive global team of just over 300 people spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NA. You will play a key role in retention, development, and compliance of assigned contracts while making a real impact on how we deliver to our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Print and Display environments.
- Expertise in managing print management strategies, planning, budget, and cost management.
- Comprehensive understanding of design to enable implementation of creative solutions.
- Proven service delivery experience in an account management setting.
- Ability to develop and execute alternative solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of Print and Display categories.
- Experience managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
