RAPP Dallas is looking for an Account Executive to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. As a global, next-generation precision marketing agency, we leverage data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth.

In this role, you will master coordination and demonstrate high potential in core Business Leadership skills. You will partner with and own relationships with clients at the most mid-junior levels, acting as an Agency driver to keep operations moving.

You will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and technologists to develop briefs and evaluate creative work. You will also manage project scopes, track finances, and ensure critical hand-offs are monitored effectively.

This role offers exposure to client marketing strategy development and the chance to drive value-added projects. You will build expertise on a brand's competitive landscape and product differentiators while working within a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
  • 2-5 years industry experience.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns (including advertising, CRM, digital, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing).
  • Proven ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.
  • Capable of navigating assignments effectively and partnering with internal groups.
  • Ability to represent client interests to the team and collaborate on scoping and project approach.

Responsibilities

  • Build expertise on a brand’s competitive landscape and product differentiators.
  • Collaborate with strategy to develop briefs and participate in client marketing strategy development.
  • Establish core relationships with junior clients and know when to escalate potential problems.
  • Evaluate creative work and provide feedback for revisions as needed.
  • Write accurate scopes by engaging appropriate discipline leads and asking detailed questions of clients.
  • Document and track scope rigorously, identify scope creep, and manage finances.
  • Issue change orders with oversight and monitor critical project hand-offs.
  • Initiate, present, and drive value-added projects to completion.
