In this role, you will define the strategic direction for paid media across key channels and build the systems, standards, and capabilities that enable teams to execute at a high level. You'll play a key role in driving new business, expanding client relationships, and positioning our paid media offering as best-in-class.

You will partner closely with the VP of Paid Media to shape go-to-market positioning and packaging of services, while leading innovation in tracking infrastructure and measurement frameworks. The role involves identifying new channel opportunities like YouTube, CTV, and retail media to expand our offering and drive incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in paid media strategy and execution across social platforms and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client strategy calls and position campaign strategies, testing frameworks, and results in high-stakes business reviews.
  • Expertise in advanced measurement frameworks, including attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Experience identifying and developing new channel opportunities to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring senior-level paid media managers.
  • Background in new business development, including proposal development, media strategy, and pitch participation.
  • Deep understanding of tracking infrastructure, pixel strategy, and server-side tracking integration.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and data-driven ecosystem is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Paid Media strategy across Enterprise and Mid-Market campaigns, ensuring strategy and execution work in lockstep to deliver exceptional performance and an elevated client experience.
  • Partner with VP, Paid Media to shape go-to-market positioning and packaging of paid media services.
  • Play a key role in new business development by supporting proposals, crafting media strategies, and contributing to pitch narratives.
  • Identify and develop new channel opportunities (e.g., YouTube, CTV, Retail Media like Walmart Connect) to expand our offering and drive incremental revenue.
  • Establish strategic frameworks for channel mix, budget allocation, and performance optimization across clients.
  • Set the strategic direction for campaign planning, activation, and optimization, providing leadership to Senior Paid Media Managers.
  • Define and standardize advanced measurement frameworks, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and cross-channel measurement approaches.
  • Drive deeper integration of emerging and high-growth channels, including YouTube, CTV, and commerce-driven media strategies.
