About this role
Havas Media Network is seeking a Biddable Business Director to lead strategy and execution across our luxury brand portfolio. This role sits at the heart of the agency's most prestigious client relationships, focusing on best-in-class media delivery and agile, data-driven solutions.
You will work closely with the Head of Paid Social and Head of Programmatic to develop innovative propositions and drive an integrated direction across all biddable channels. Day-to-day, you will lead a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists, rolling out learning initiatives and creating best-practice processes and behaviours that elevate performance for every client.
Collaboration is central to this position—you will partner with Client, Data & Engineering, and Product & Investment teams to shape a truly unified approach. Havas Media Network employs over 950 people in the UK & Ireland, with offices spanning London, Leeds, Manchester, and Edinburgh, and this role operates within a culture defined by shared values: Human at Heart, Head for Rigour, and Mind for Flair.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading biddable media strategy for premium or luxury brands
- Deep expertise in Paid Social and Programmatic channels
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing specialist teams
- Ability to design and implement innovative biddable propositions
- Experience working cross-functionally with client, data, engineering, and product teams
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through integrated media solutions
- Commitment to outcome-focused, high-quality work and continuous improvement
- Embraces diversity and bold thinking to craft brilliant, unique solutions
Responsibilities
- Strategically design and lead Biddable products and implementation for luxury brand clients
- Support the development of an innovative proposition across the agency
- Lead a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists to roll out learning initiatives
- Create and enforce best practice processes and behaviours across client teams and groups
- Work with the Head of Paid Social and Head of Programmatic to drive a truly integrated direction
- Collaborate with Client, Data & Engineering, and Product & Investment teams
- Ensure best-in-class media delivery with a strong emphasis on agility
- Foster a culture of Human at Heart, Head for Rigour, and Mind for Flair within the team
