In this role, you will learn how sponsorship is planned, executed, and measured using data and planning tools for smarter decision-making. Day-to-day work includes delivering insights reports across retained and ad-hoc clients using TV, digital, and social data.
You will support the insights team in talent and influencer selection, using panel survey tools like Global Web Index and TGI to understand audience data. The team also sources successful case studies and key information on broadcast rights deals and events to shape sponsorship strategy.
Fuse offers a hybrid working model with three days in the London office and two remote, plus flexible hours around a core of 10:30–16:30. Comprehensive training and development plans ensure team members grow their skills in media industry tools like TechEdge and social analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Interest in sport and entertainment.
- Love for problem solving and interest in data and analytics.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Organised with ability to multi-task and manage projects.
- A can-do, positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Work on delivery of insights reports across retained and ad-hoc clients using TV, digital, and social data.
- Contribute to drawing actionable insights with the Insights team to advise clients on maximizing sponsorship value.
- Support the insights team in talent and influencer selection to inform brand decision-making in talent marketing.
- Use panel survey tools (Global Web Index, TGI) to understand key audience data and inform sponsorship strategy.
- Support the insights team and wider business by sourcing successful case studies or activations in sport.
- Learn to use media industry tools including TechEdge, social listening, and social analytics platforms.
