About this role

During this internship, you will join our Media Buying team and gain hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns across multiple regions. You will learn how to manage and optimise campaigns across leading advertising networks like Google Display Network, Facebook, and other DSPs.

Your day-to-day includes developing, deploying, and optimising search campaigns that drive traffic to our proprietary application portals. You will conduct market and competitor research, analyse conversion data, and run A/B tests on creatives and ad copy to maximise CTR, while also identifying new campaign opportunities.

You will work closely with our media buying team and collaborate daily with the design and development teams in an environment that values autonomy, accountability, and the Triple E Philosophy of being Energetic, Entrepreneurial, and Expert. We celebrate our successes together every day.

This internship offers real responsibility and plenty of room to bring your own ideas to improve workflow and products. You will develop your knowledge of campaign management, data analysis, and optimisation while working with a diverse team of over 200 employees from 25 nationalities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Available from September 2026.
  • Familiar with ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
  • Confident with Excel and comfortable working with figures.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn analysis into action.
  • Ownership: solutions-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and not afraid to take the lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and optimise search campaigns that drive traffic to proprietary application portals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to feed into campaign execution.
  • Analyse conversion data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns to meet agreed CPA targets and ROI goals.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and ad copy to maximise CTR.
  • Identify and present new campaign opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the media buying team and collaborate daily with design and development teams.
