About this role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts within the influencer marketing space. You will coordinate projects from planning to completion, serving as the daily contact between the agency and the client.

Day-to-day tasks include executing strategies, problem-solving, and developing solid business relationships. You will build relationships at appropriate client and vendor levels, manage client requests, and run internal status meetings to keep projects moving forward.

You will write conference reports that accurately reflect meetings and can be sent to clients with minimal changes. A clear understanding of key trends and competitive data is essential to foster smarter solutions for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in day-to-day account management within a creative or PR agency environment
  • Ability to manage client projects from planning to completion with strong organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to execute strategies effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at appropriate client and vendor levels
  • Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing clear conference reports and client correspondence
  • Passion for the client's business and ability to become extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of it

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of client projects, including influencer campaign coordination from brief to completion
  • Serve as the daily contact between the agency and the client, building relationships at appropriate client and vendor levels
  • Manage, understand, and act on client requests and needs, developing and maintaining strong client and partner agency relationships
  • Run internal status meetings with the ability to keep on track and move projects forward
  • Write conference reports that accurately reflect the meeting and can be sent to the client with minimal changes
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of key trends and stats, drawing conclusions to foster greater team understanding and smarter solutions
  • Know the competition and how to gather key competitive data and materials
